Capital Works Projects Term and Maintenance Works

Eligibility Criteria

Capital Works Projects
  • Open to all NEC capital works projects in Hong Kong that are contract-based, project-based or alliance-based in nature;
  • Delivered through ECC, DBOC, Alliance Contract, Framework Contracts used for capital delivery or other NEC project-specific delivery arrangements;
  • Currently under construction stage or substantially completed on or after 4 September 2025
Term and Maintenance Works
  • Open to all NEC works in Hong Kong that are term-based or maintenance-based in nature;
  • Delivered through TSC, Framework Contracts or other NEC forms designed for specified service periods;
  • Ongoing or completed with the Service Period ended on or after 4 September 2025

All key contract parties, such as the Client (as the lead applicant), Project Manager/Service Manager and Contractor, must unanimously agree to the joint submission. Other contract parties, such as subcontractors, are also welcome to join the submission where appropriate.

Ready to Submit?

Applications shall be submitted through the online application system. Each submission should include the following:

  1. 1. A completed application form

  2. 2. Eligibility evidence

    showing the adoption of NEC form and the contract status (e.g. articles of agreement, completion certificate, etc.)

  3. 3. Additional documents (Optional)

    limited to 2 pages in A4 size, which may include photos, drawings, or diagrams.

  4. 4. Video (Optional)

    with a duration of less than 5 minutes.

All submissions must be submitted by

5:00 pm (Hong Kong time), 4 September 2026.

Late submission will not be considered.
