Capability Building

The Development Bureau is proud to present Driving Excellence — Hong Kong’s flagship and first-of-its-kind NEC Capability Workshop series. Specially designed for project staff, site supervisory personnel, and Quantity Surveying officers from government departments, consultants and contractors, these practical, interactive workshops equip participants with skills in strategic risk allocation, NEC contract drafting, collaborative project management, compensation events and proactive site supervision. Since its launch, the series has already delivered 37 workshops from 2024 to 2025, empowering 1,260 participants. Building on this outstanding success, new batches continue to roll out throughout 2026.
